Referral Bonus

  • Bonus Description. A Referral Bonus may be given to an individual who helps recruit new talent by referring one or more healthcare professionals to Health Carousel Travel Nursing.
  • Eligibility. Individuals are ineligible to receive a Referral Bonus if:
    • The referring individual is either an internal, corporate employee of Health Carousel or a family member of an internal, corporate employee of Health Carousel;
    • Candidate has spoken with or submitted documentation to a Health Carousel employee in the last 12 months via any means including but not limited to email, text, a website form, or On Demand portal;
    • Candidate fails to accept employment with or an Assignment through Health Carousel Travel Nursing; or
    • Candidate fails to complete the minimum employment requirements for whatever reason or no reason.
  • Candidate's First Contact with Health Carousel. A candidate may only be referred to Health Carousel Travel Nursing once (i.e., if two eligible individuals attempt to refer the same candidate, only the first individual to refer the candidate will be eligible to receive the Referral Bonus, and the candidate, likewise, will only be eligible to receive one (1) Referral Bonus).
  • Amount of Bonus. The permitted bonus amount is fixed at $500 for the referring individual, and $500 for the candidate referred to Health Carousel Travel Nursing, subject to the terms and conditions.
  • Payment of Bonus. The Referral Bonus shall be paid to both the referring individual and the candidate referred to Health Carousel Travel Nursing as a single, lumpsum payment, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings, 215 hours after the commencement of referred candidate's first assignment with Health Carousel Travel Nursing.
